Thermostatic valves, body sprays, rain heads, and steam units. We run the supply lines and set the valve bodies.
Drain & Waste Lines
Properly sloped drain lines, P-traps, and venting — done right so you never deal with slow drains or sewer gas.
Tile-Ready Shower Pans
Mortar-bed or prefab shower pan installation with waterproofing membrane — ready for your tile installer.

Video Estimate
Show us the bathroom on a video call. We'll review the layout, discuss your plans, and give you a written scope with pricing.
Permit & Scheduling
We pull the permit, confirm the rough-in date with your GC, and get on the schedule before demo starts.
Rough-In
Drain, supply, and vent lines are run and positioned. We leave everything ready for your framer and tile installer.
Inspection
We schedule and attend the rough-in inspection. If anything needs adjustment, we handle it — no extra charge.
Trim-Out
Once tile and drywall are done, we come back to set fixtures, connect supply lines, and test everything.

Remodeling FAQ
Do I need a permit for bathroom plumbing work?
Any work that moves or adds drain, supply, or vent lines typically requires a permit. We handle the permit application and schedule the inspection — you don't have to manage that.
Can you work with my contractor?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your general contractor on rough-in timing, inspection scheduling, and trim-out. We're used to working in active job sites.
How far in advance should I schedule rough-in?
Ideally 1–2 weeks before your demo is complete. We'll confirm the layout with you and your GC before we start so nothing has to move later.
Do you install steam showers?
Yes — we run the supply line, install the steam generator, and set the control valve. You'll need a licensed electrician for the 240V feed.
